At this time we are offering exciting small-group creative outdoor workouts with minimal equipment and an emphasis on bodyweight-based movements. Please see our schedule of upcoming events below.

EPIC Interval Training consists of different fitness classes which  are programmed for all levels of fitness. Classes have unique circuit  stations that utilize EPIC movements.

All of our movements focus on our core principles which include Mobility, Stability, Agility, Strength and Conditioning with a goal of longevity, fitness and always striving to improve our athletic abilities.

Kicking off our Sunday Workout Series, December 15th at 9am at the Oak Park Community Center in Agoura Hills, CA. Join us for an awesome Epic Interval Workout outside in the beautiful botanical gardens of the Oak Park Community Center.  $16
